In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bjelive Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bjelive Platform and must not attempt to register an Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bjelive with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Use of the bjelive Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bjelive enforces a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using this Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a gambling operator, agent, or affiliate in a manner that conflicts with these Terms.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bjelive or had your Account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of bjelive or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly authorised in writing by bjelive management.

bjelive reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, bjelive will suspend the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of features offered by bjelive, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on bjelive at any given time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, bjelive reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or Bonus Funds accumulated across those Accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bjelive strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify bjelive immediately via support@bjelive if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Lock or log out of your Account whenever you are not actively using it, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other individual to access or use your Account — all bets and transactions made through your Account are your sole responsibility.

Account Verification (KYC): bjelive may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on bjelive are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bjelive reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit specified by bjelive, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bjelive Account near-instantly following confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bjelive does not accept deposits made in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Any international card transactions will be rejected or converted at your card issuer's prevailing exchange rate, and any resulting discrepancy is your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Before processing a withdrawal, bjelive may require the completion of full KYC verification. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory verification.
• bjelive aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

bjelive periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with this Section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.
• bjelive reserves the right to specify which games contribute to the wagering requirement and at what percentage. Live casino and certain table game bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings accumulated before the wagering requirement is met cannot be withdrawn as real money. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
• If you opt to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirement, bjelive will deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them from the withdrawal amount.
• bjelive reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of any promotion — including use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to permanent Account closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures will be announced on the bjelive Platform and are subject to their own specific terms published alongside the promotion.

bjelive offers a range of gaming products including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and teen patti from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slots (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others), and crash games (including Let's Shoot and Limbo). Each product category operates under specific rules as follows.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• bjelive reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of manipulation of the sporting event in question.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform. In the absence of specific rules, all stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Live in-play betting is subject to potential delays in odds updates. bjelive is not liable for bets placed on outdated odds due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Casino & Slot Games:

• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generators of the respective game providers. bjelive does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and pays are void. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game information panel of each title. These represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on individual sessions.

Crash Games:

• Crash game outcomes on bjelive, including Let's Shoot and Limbo, are provably fair and verifiable. The crash multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins using a provably fair algorithm.
• Players must cash out before the crash event occurs. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the forfeiture of the bet for that round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjelive Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bjelive.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing information about hands in live card games or coordinating bets in crash games.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic or coordinated attempt to exploit promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxy services to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bjelive is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Software Exploitation: Using any automated software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or script to interact with the Platform in an automated manner, or exploiting any software vulnerability or error.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any back-end systems operated by bjelive.
• Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name, or accepting deposits into your Account from a third party.

bjelive is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the Platform remains an entertainment experience rather than a source of harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and are accessible from within your Account settings after logging in.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your bjelive Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjelive and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits, whether arising from game malfunction, connectivity disruption, or any other technical failure outside bjelive's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including as a result of scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your Account or transmissions, where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

bjelive's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant cause of action arose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments by bjelive: bjelive reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bjelive will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent Platform-wide notification. The "Effective" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Account Closure by the Player: You may close your bjelive Account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bjelive. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

Account Suspension or Closure by bjelive: bjelive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Any other circumstance that bjelive reasonably considers justifies Account closure in the interests of the Platform's integrity or the Player's own welfare.

In cases of closure for breach, bjelive reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bjelive operates. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and bjelive, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@bjelive in the first instance. bjelive commits to investigating all Player complaints promptly, fairly, and in good faith. Our support team aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws of your jurisdiction. bjelive will cooperate fully with any such process.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are issued in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version of this document, the English-language version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
